At Wattle & Wax, every piece is handcrafted with care in our Perth studio, and we genuinely hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Wattle & Wax cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your approved refund or exchange.

Handcrafted Products

Every Wattle & Wax piece is individually handcrafted using natural materials. Variations in wax colour, liquid colour, shell placement, crystals, texture and finish are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered faults. These natural variations are what make every Wattle & Wax creation one of a kind.

Fragrance & Candle Performance

Our candles and diffusers are carefully crafted using premium Australian fragrance oils. As fragrance is a personal preference, scent strength and fragrance perception can vary from person to person. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference once a product has been used.

To ensure the best performance from your candle, please follow the Candle Care Guide included with your order. Issues arising from improper candle care or use—including tunnelling, smoking, excessive soot or uneven burning—are not considered product faults.

If you believe your product has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us. We'll always assess each situation fairly and, where appropriate, make it right.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you've received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Simply email hello@wattleandwax.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

If we determine that your item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, we'll make it right as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement, exchange or refund. In these cases, Wattle & Wax will cover all associated shipping costs.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Products that have been opened or used, including burned candles or opened diffusers

• Products that have been damaged after delivery through misuse, improper care or accidental damage

If your product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, we're happy to offer an exchange or refund in accordance with our Change of Mind policy above.

Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or replaces your rights where you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

International Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to the applicable 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
